I would rate Brandon 5+++! I walked in to the STRETCH LAB with a " senior shuffle" and walked out after my 1st session with knowledge and ability to walk with a "normal" gait, upright and ease of walking. Brandon is an excellent communicator explaining body mechanics and the muscles he is stretching out. I left STRETCH LAB with corrective information on how to use my foot and hip in maintaining balance and flexibility. I would HIGHLY recommend Brandon and the STRETCH LAB.
