I saw an ad for StrechLab and thought I would give it a try to help with tightness especially in my neck and shoulders. Maggie was very friendly and explained what she would be doing and why. The session flew by and I felt better when I left. Communication with the front desk was awesome, like how true customer service should be. I look forward to going back next week.
My experience and the results achieved were truly Amazing!! Jody, my Flexologist, did a Great job qualifying a hip and back injury that was affecting my mobility. Jody tailored stretches that provided immediate relief in areas that were affected by overcompensation and other exercises that clearly defined my range of motion in the affected hip and back.
