I can't say enough good things about my experience at StretchLab! Staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The stretch sessions are tailored to my needs, and I always leave feeling looser, more mobile, and energized.
Beware of their membership policies. I was billed for 4 weeks on Nov 14, sent my 30 day cancellation notice Nov 21, used my 4 weeks and was billed again for 4 weeks on 12/14 even though they had my cancellation request. Now they're not honoring my cancellation and telling me I have 4 more visits--AFTER cancellation.
Add my first session 60 minutes with Lacey it was the best feeling ever..I will be going once a week for 60 minutes
I have been getting stretches for over a year. It really helps go beyond what I can do on my own. I highly recommend StretchLab!
Kendall was great, listened to concerns, checked in on each stretched, pushed as requested. Great stretch, highly recommended!
