I really enjoy Stretchlab (SL) the problem is scheduling and be careful to use your stretches in time. The problem is the staff clearly just comes in for pre scheduled appointments. So you can’t wake up and decide to go to SL. If you go to the website 99% of the time these are no appointments. Not because they are slammed and booked solid. It is just the staff only gets scheduled when there are pre-esxisting appointments. I can’t remember precisely what I purchased, but it was around five stretches. Stretch Lab is a huge part of my weekly routine. Special thanks goes to Sarah and Kara for their amazing support and to Whitney and Nicole for getting me into the compression boots! I couldn’t imagine a week without having a stretch!
