Before visiting Stretch Lab, I never realized the value of stretching. I thought it was just a waste of time. Do more cardio, lift more weights. No pain No gain!! Well, once you hit 40, you realize how wrong you are. I started having back issues, shoulder pain, mobility started to go down I am so glad, I found this location.
