I absolutely need this place to survive. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life. Sometimes, you just need to stretch or let someone help you stretch.
I have been going to Stretch Lab-Coppell for a few months & everytime I leave I feel renewed! LaMescia & Alejandra are the best!! I am not an athlete & originally thought Stretches were mainly for athletes. Wow was I wrong! Whether you work out or don’t work out a stretch, even a 25 minute stretch can rejuvenate you & has helped me with pains & tightness that I have had all over. Thank you to LaMescia & Alejandra for always listening to what area needs focus. You all are the best!
