Had a nice stretch here
I had my introductory last week and my second session today. Facility is clean and the staff I've dealt with so far has been great (Aaron and Christian). They're friendly and informative; good instruction when engaging in stretches.
Loved my sessions here, I have stretched with Cristian, Mark, Lora & Elise in past. Each one made the experience safe, supportive, and energizing. With back to office and kids' bus drop off, pickup, I would love 7 AM slots like Willowbrook & La Grange. It would be perfect for busy workdays and morning routines. Studio is already great and adding earlier sessions would make it even better for members starting the day strong.
