Great experience going for appointments, what’s not great is I cancelled my membership prior to the next billing date. Apparently it didn’t get cancelled in time and I got charged 190 dollars. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund and have got nothing but positive answers and sureties I will receive that back. A month went by, nothing. No refund and not a word from anyone at StretchLab. I have been a member of StretchLab for about 2 years now. I NEVER miss an appointment because the help I get from them is so valuable. I'm 69 and have an extremely physical job. That's a bad combination and I come in every week with muscles crazy tight and painful. I walk out feeling like every window in my body has been opened to let fresh air in. Been participating for 2 plus years. After many years at a chiropractor with little success, I feel the stretch lab has helped me loosen my back and neck and hips.
I think stretching would possibly decrease my daily pain and increase my mobility. I saw several ads for Bozeman stretch Lab. I got on their site and sent in a request for more info. I received a telephone call a few days later from a very kind man. I began asking him my questions.
