Mark and his team are awesome. Audrey did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating to a same day stretch session by an out of town customer. A+++

Great experience going for appointments, what’s not great is I cancelled my membership prior to the next billing date. Apparently it didn’t get cancelled in time and I got charged 190 dollars. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund and have got nothing but positive answers and sureties I will receive that back. A month went by, nothing. No refund and not a word from anyone at StretchLab. I have been a member of StretchLab for about 2 years now. I NEVER miss an appointment because the help I get from them is so valuable. I'm 69 and have an extremely physical job. That's a bad combination and I come in every week with muscles crazy tight and painful. I walk out feeling like every window in my body has been opened to let fresh air in.
