Great experience going for appointments, what’s not great is I cancelled my membership prior to the next billing date. Apparently it didn’t get cancelled in time and I got charged 190 dollars. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund and have got nothing but positive answers and sureties I will receive that back. A month went by, nothing. No refund and not a word from anyone at StretchLab. I have been a member of StretchLab for about 2 years now. I NEVER miss an appointment because the help I get from them is so valuable. I'm 69 and have an extremely physical job. That's a bad combination and I come in every week with muscles crazy tight and painful. I walk out feeling like every window in my body has been opened to let fresh air in. Been participating for 2 plus years. After many years at a chiropractor with little success, I feel the stretch lab has helped me loosen my back and neck and hips.
I think stretching would possibly decrease my daily pain and increase my mobility. I saw several ads for Bozeman stretch Lab. I got on their site and sent in a request for more info. I received a telephone call a few days later from a very kind man. I began asking him my questions. I told him I had noticed on the website none of the pictures or videos showed people in larger bodies nor people with disabilities. We were traveling so we made one-time appointment for a stretch since we do not live in Montana. The stretch was fine. However they made us buy special socks that they just happened to be selling at $16-$20 a pop. We stopped at another Stretch Lab in Montana and there was no such requirement. Why is this so in Bozeman? My wife passed on the stretch since they did not have her size plus she thought the requirement was unnecessary.
