Better than a monthly massage membership
My 1st StretchLab session went really well! I wanted to have the reflexologist target my legs and if time permitted, to also provide some stretching on my hip flexors. Nikie was my reflexologist and did a great job on my legs, especially after my bicycle ride this morning (bike ride, pure Barre classic class, and a pilates class). She communicated to me and allowed me to push myself if I wanted, but always trying to get the stretch to the "edge". Thank you Nikie!
Maria is incredible. She is very knowledgeable and skilled physical therapist that has worked on me. Before Stretch Lab my mobility was very limited for quite a long time. Maria definitely delivers, “no pain no gain”, and it works. Thank you Maria
