StretchLab Novato offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. A friend told me that there a place where I could get stretched. This is something that my body needed yet I did not do it for myself. I made an appointment unclear of whether it would be worth driving on 101 South to Novato! I got there and I was never disappointed. I continue to love getting stretched!
