Came here for a general checkup for my mobility and tightness on my left side. Without saying too much the StretchLab gave me one of the best stretches of my life! The environment is clean and easy to relax in, which led to a more productive session. The techniques used by the staff are extremely effective and have variations that allow you to find the stretch right for you. Emily is the sweetest Flexologist and was very receptive to any changes that I needed. I feel like I can run a marathon right now! Easy recommendation!
I believe in stretching on my own daily, but coming here to the Stretch Lab, Temple TX, there are remarkable results. It’s like a deep stretch, a massage and seeing the chiropractor all at once.
I have always struggled with back pain and shoulder mobility from my time in the service. After consistently getting sessions from all the awesome people at StretchLab not only has my pain decreased significantly, but my strength training has benefitted greatly. Their knowledge and professionalism coupled with genuine care for their clients is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone with a body.
