Came here for a general checkup for my mobility and tightness on my left side. Without saying too much the StretchLab gave me one of the best stretches of my life! The environment is clean and easy to relax in, which led to a more productive session. The techniques used by the staff are extremely effective and have variations that allow you to find the stretch right for you. Emily is the sweetest Flexologist and was very receptive to any changes that I needed. I feel like I can run a marathon right now! Easy recommendation!
