I have been a "member" of Stretch Lab Medina for now 4 months. I was told that it was only a 3 month membership which was perfect for me, as I wanted to improve my posture and help my back strength. When I was automatically billed for the 4th month, I tried to cancel online. You cannot do anything on the website except book appts. You have to call the office and speak with the owner.
