I had some serious hip muscle issues that I just could not get stretched in physical therapy or on my own. Stretch lab did it for me. Having somebody else stretch me really, really worked. I had eight sessions and I'm by far improved. Way more than I could have achieved by myself or in physical therapy. It wasn't easy and often was uncomfortable, but that's what I needed, a good strong stretch by another person. Thank you, Abbigale and Cody; I'll be back.

Amazing customer service and the first month of assisted stretching has greatly improved my flexibility. The compression sleeves are a must try for someone who runs daily as it has helped me with my recovery. Abbigale does an amazing job of explaining exercises to improve my flexibility on my own time.

I’ve been using Stretch Lab for two years now. My flexibility is far better, my golf swing is much more free and post round back pain is a distant memory. Stretch Lab has made my body healthier which makes my life happier. Thank you Ligan!
