Two horrible interactions over the phone with whoever the front desk people are. They answer the phone and just say hello, not the name of the business or their name super weird, and unprofessional. My wife got me a gift certificate for Christmas. Back in December & January I was dealing with upper back, shoulder, and left arm pain with limited range of motions.
