Two horrible interactions over the phone with whoever the front desk people are. They answer the phone and just say hello, not the name of the business or their name super weird, and unprofessional. My wife got me a gift certificate for Christmas. I called to make an appointment and they said it expired 30 days after the purchase, so they tried to tell me that it expired before she even gave me the gift. Back in December & January I was dealing with upper back, shoulder, and left arm pain with limited range of motions.
