Getting quite frustrated in my experience. First time I went there told them my upper body was quite tight and was looking for some help stretching my shoulders and what not out. They ran and little test and it confirmed that my shoulders and neck were super tight. Well they then proceeded to stretch my calves for the entire 50 min.
