All this reviews have to be fake. Staff constantly rotating, high turnover, staff doesn’t pick up the phone, I’ve paid $500 and had 4 sessions. Each one with a new person and a new diagnosis or assessment. Don’t expect to make progress. Expect to get confused and overpay. Called 7x about my issues and even spoke to the boss, Alan who said he would take care of it for me and still no word back! Shocker! Full transparency, I did not receive a service at the Stretch Lab- Clayton location. I did however visit 30 min ago to purchase a gift for my mom. Upon entry the door chimed, alerting staff a customer has entered. I was met with long awkward stares. Two employees. One mid session so I gave them a pass and assumed they didn’t want to disturb the zen or focus of the session.
