Zero if I could. Pure scam. Go if you are into scams. Be aware of ongoing pain from improper stretches by untrained professionals. Understand completely what you are hearing and be very aware of what you are seeing.
The people who perform the stretching are great and I really enjoyed my time there. However, I wouldn’t recommend getting any kind of membership there. The policies they have in place are quite ridiculous. To make a long story short; 1. They charge you to freeze your account. (The entire point of freezing an account is to “freeze” payments). Clean, upbeat place. Elle is very nice to meet you in the door. Jessica is very kind, professional, hobest and truly wants this stretching to help you.
Had my first visit on Monday. I’ve never done something like this before. I was a little skeptical. Misty was welcoming and made me feel relaxed. She coached me through the stretches and worked at my pace. She pointed out my tension areas and suggested things I can do at home. Also, I’m a bit of a germ freak; and the store was super clean! Oh, and they played good toons!! 🎶 Go check them out!
