I lift weights six days a week and walk or hike at least 6 miles a day sometimes 9 miles a day. I’m an active guy. And have done this for decades. I had hernia surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. So I was home in Ohio where I grew up. However, I usually spend my time in London, England and Los Angeles, California.
