I had my first experience with Stretch Lab today and it was amazing. As a runner my hips and legs are always sore and tight. Christan worked on my hips today during our first session and I feel so much better now! I seriously can’t wait to go back and work with her again. I am also looking forward to referring my family to her. 5 stars for sure.
The sessions were good, but canceling was a hassle. I had to follow up multiple times via email and phone after already requesting to cancel in person. It took far too long to get a clear confirmation. Poor communication made the whole process feel disorganized, frustrating, and stressful — ultimately costing me more money due to their delay. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Dastan H was very careful and detailed with my stretch session and recommended stretches to improve my range of motion
