After several days of attempting to resolve this, StretchLab ultimately allowed us to proceed with paying out the contract, despite initially refusing to make an exception for a documented medical condition. This was a disappointing experience. Based on both our interaction and similar feedback reflected in other reviews, there appears to be a lack of flexibility in how these situations are handled. Had a similar experience as multiple other people reporting real reviews outside of the sponsored ones with this location not paying attention to medical concerns for reasons to vacate the 3 month subscription. Although privately owned, we have reported to the parent company that runs stretch labs who is now looking into this location and other reviews we shared directly with the contact.
