The staff is friendly courteous and very professional. Always a good vibe in the place while you're there. I've felt improvement since going there. They also suggested stretches I can do while at work. Nothing to big, but right to the point (the boss doesn't even know I'm stretching.). At least try it once.
I am completely satisfied with the stretch lab experience. It’s helped me feel invigorated, Flexible and confident. I must mention that I wasn’t able to turn my head while driving. I had to turn my whole body. Now, I’m good with my neck mobility. I love going each week. 🤗

I absolutely loved my experience at the Stamford StretchLab! The atmosphere provides a comfortable, yet fun vibe and staff were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. As a Physical Therapist Assistant and Massage Therapist, I can say that I was highly impressed! Following my session, I felt fantastic!
