Please be careful when signing their disclosures. They require a 30 day cancellation notice. I canceled the membership with a representative over the phone and Stretchlab stated that I need to complete a cancellation form WHICH WAS NOT disclosed to me at the time of cancellation. They're STILL requesting that I pay $115 for a service never wanted. BAD for business. I would not recommend this service
I love the Stretch Lab Associates and have enjoyed going. Scheduling, Membership Policy, and Cancellation forget it. Just pay per session. Trying to get in on a Sat is near impossible unless you book out 4 weeks ahead. I work and travel so constantly moving schedule is difficult and I lose credits. Also if you want to book on the 30th of the month but used your credits you can't book until the 1st even though you have a membership. Was excited to go here because I've been in pain for 2 weeks. Get there said u need grip socks. We're did it say that when I was looking at the website. I'm not paying $16 for socks!!! If I would of know i would of brought a pair no problem.
I've been dealing with some tightness in my back. So far the service has been great.
They are nice and professional, l liked this place
