Coming here was an amazing choice. My flexibility and quality of life have improved while my pain has decreased. Having some issues with flexibility and not seeing progress on your own, come here. It's little getting a personal trainer for stretching and flexibility.
Ember is AMAZING!! Always makes me feel like I matter and her guidance is helping me learn to treat my body better through stretching!!
