I regularly attend the Carrollwood stretch lab facility and the attendant Ali Is phenomenal. I highly recommend the Carrollwood facility and a few lucky enough to get all you will not regret it. He is a real pro and a big asset to the company.

There needs to be more transparency with setting an appointment . This shouldn’t be like a secret society or cult. I should be able to get upfront pricing and time selections NOT putting in my info to then get no response or very little this set up is ODD!! Very disappointed
What a disappointment this business has been. After taking weeks to get an appointment, we were sent a text 30 minutes before the appointment to say that it was being canceled due to an injury by the employee we were booked with. It took weeks to get the appointment rescheduled, and when we showed up for that appointment, we were told we were booked at an another location despite the email confirmation that said we were booked at the Carrollwood location.
