I still have a contusion on the bottom of my foot after five days. The employees aren't physical therapists and I want to encourage you to consider that they have limited training before you use them.
My Coworker and I went in for a 15 min stretch, we are a few doors down. I loved it ! Will be trying a 50 min stretch next. Scott is great !
