Astounding and impressive. Yes you can stretch at home, but unless you are an M.D, or a bodybuilder, these people know more about stretching than you do. Yes, these adjectives are borrowed, but everyone here, especially Arisa and Quincy, are indeed, in real life, friendly, courteous, kind and cheerful.
