Great experience today at Stretch Labs with Kiah! She customized my session based on my experience with stretching, and my health history. She was gentle where needed, but did get me to push and gain some additional flexibility. She was kind, knowledgeable and all around amazing! I’ve also stretched with Jay and he is excellent too. Love my time at StretchLab!

Amy is an excellent flexologist. She provided a relaxing stretch experience using knee bolsters to support my lower back. She is also very aware and supportive in making sure that the stretches are within my comfort zone.
