Diane by far is the best! She was very understanding and super supportive! She knew exactly what my needs were and focused on making me feel better.. once I left the facility I felt very different and healthier!!
Stretching is really important for mobility and avoid injury. Assisted stretching helps get to areas difficult to do by myself. It feels really good afterwards. Victoria is very nice
