Stretching is really important for mobility and avoid injury. Assisted stretching helps get to areas difficult to do by myself. It feels really good afterwards. Victoria is very nice

Trainers need stretching too! Great recovery method for my autoimmune disease and also for workout recovery on the glutes. Diane was great and my hamstrings needed the love!!!
I was gifted a pre-paid session for my birthday, but neither me nor the buyer were ever informed of a 30-day expiration date at the time of purchase or follow-up conversations where attempts to schedule were made. It's too bad because it's something I could use and appreciate, but the negative customer service experience doesn't outweigh the potential benefits. Leaving at 2-stars because the service itself is probably ok if you can deal with management of the place.
Barry needs to learn some cold call/customer service manners.
