Stretch lab is amazing! It was honestly one of the things I was missing as part of staying in shape and staying healthy. Especially being a Hockey Goalie it is important to stretch to reduce injury. But stretch lab in fishers has incredible staff from the moment you walk in. You are welcomed, they have a variety of staff for every need. If I had any complaint it's only that spots fill up so fast you have to book a couple days in advance so spots aren't gone.
