StretchLab Largo offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. I am very glad to say that Gretchen Conley at StretchLab is my Professional Clinician. It’s been several years since I’ve been able to throw a football with speed behind it. Today my 14 year-old grandson asked me to throw a football with him. I was able to throw as strong as I can remember throwing. It was a blast. Such an amazing experience to be stretched by Michala! She is amazing! Her fascia release and stretching program suited for me, has helped me heal from years of pain & discomfort years of limiting injuries.
