StretchLab Largo offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. This stretch therapy has helped me tremendously. After hip surgery, I still had a lot of stiffness and discomfort. I have been going to Drew for three months now and I wish I could go every day! Drew is very attentive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend him and STRETCH LAB!
Great stretches with Sam
I had unbelievable sciatica pain for close to 6 weeks before I was convinced to try stretching. I wish I hadn’t waited, my first visit with Jason had the sciatica pain gone without it returning. Weekly stretching has allowed me to get back to working out and taking my overall health into consideration again. Jason, Sam and Drew are so knowledgeable and good at what they do. I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to do this. With Salome at the front desk even walking in makes you feel better.
Still going strong after 5 months. My posture has improved according to my wife and I feel more flexible. Huge thanks to Gretchen for the changes.
