I’ve been going to Stretch Lab Largo for almost two years and have seen tremendous improvements in my flexibility, range of motion, and overall reduction in muscle soreness. Gretchen is outstanding—she combines stretching with targeted massage, which has made a huge difference in my general well-being. Such an amazing experience to be stretched by Michala! She is amazing! Her fascia release and stretching program suited for me, has helped me heal from years of pain & discomfort years of limiting injuries.
