I'm not a person who stretches, but the stretching here made me feel much more flexible. I'm glad that I gave it a try, and now I am going regularly.
I am a 75 year old man who had a back injury that prevented me from golfing , my main social activity. I decided to try Stretchlab in Mountain View , after some initial chiropractic visits. There I was lucky to get Jack Sterling as my stretcher. Jack was very knowledgable about muscles , nerves and techniques and was able to address the my back issues with great skill and expertise. I am back on the golf course , playing better than before. I highly recommend his services.
Had my first session today and found it to be fantastic. Katherine was great and by the of the 50 minutes I knw I would be making this a regular maintenance necessity.
