I've been going to Stretch Lab for over a year now. The staff is always professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. This service makes living with degenerative disc disease and the pain in my lower back far more bearable. If i miss a week, my body reminds me. Highly recommend
The flexologists always treat you with respect and truly help to get your muscles to feel better and become stronger and more limber! Madison is wonderful! I also have benefited greatly from being stretched on a regular basis!
I’m nearly 60 stretches in, so I think it’s safe to say I’m a big fan of StretchLab! I’ve never been very flexible and have always struggled to stretch well on my own, but these assisted sessions have made such a difference.
