StretchLab Allen offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. My son had an amazing experience at StretchLab with Keisha! The place is very welcoming and everyone is friendly. Keisha is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand his needs and explained each stretch thoroughly. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and has a passion for what she does. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend booking with Keisha!
1st time in and had Reflexologist Angela one on one. Came in with slight back issue and was concerned that some of the stretching might cause severe discomfort - she was extremely gentle and knew exactly how to address it. THANKS Angela.. you are awesome.!!
Keisha did an amazing job! Exceeded my expectations. Was safe with my body by really listening to it which is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend her. I knew my body needed to be stretched & worked on but when I got there I could tell my body needed it more than I realized and it felt so good during and after. Highly recommend StretchLab & Keisha.
