I began attending StretchLab in December after my father (85+ years) discovered an improvement in his shoulder rotation and pain since joining last summer. Since then, I've particularly observed a change in my hips and legs (and shoulders), as assisted stretching enables me to achieve a deeper stretch safely. I'm looking forward to seeing the results during golf season!
