I attend stretch sessions regularly and always leave feeling more mobile and relaxed. The staff is professional, friendly and really tailors each session to what my body needs, It's a great way to relieve tension, stress and has improved my flexibility. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have not done it before.

I began attending StretchLab in December after my father (85+ years) discovered an improvement in his shoulder rotation and pain since joining last summer. Since then, I've particularly observed a change in my hips and legs (and shoulders), as assisted stretching enables me to achieve a deeper stretch safely. I'm looking forward to seeing the results during golf season!
