Sam was extremely knowledgeable and gave me an awesome stretch.
Poor customer service!
We did not have a great first experience with our contract with the StretchLab. The concept is exceptional, but it was incredibly difficult getting ahold of anyone to get an appointment or even a call back and they continued to charge our card past the contract time. They really do all business through their App for the most part, so be prepared to schedule and communicate in this way. My husband Paul signed up for 3 months. He had 2 stretches, several cancelled appointments and we couldn't get ahold of anyone at any level t... read more
Outstanding experience!!! I highly recommend a visit. Estelle was great with her analysis and explanation of the different stretches. I felt great when it was over and because of the explanations I am motivated to make some adjustments.
