Everyone is remarkably personable and really do want to help individuals achieve their goals. They never rush, and pay close attention to your response to the various maneuvers. I've worked with Mallory for the most part; she's been outstanding. Because of multiple issues, it was just best for me to stay with one flexologist; although the others did a fine job.
Stretch lab has been great so far after three sessions. My trainer Alex is very knowledgeable and communicates well so it’s easy to get the best out of each visit. Highly recommend checking this out if you are struggling with any lingering soft tissue injuries
