Shannon at Stretch Lab has a very calming and confidence-inspiring way about her. She was very careful to start me off with gentle stretching and explained each position well. It felt really good to start addressing the tightness in my hips, quads, and calves that has been plaguing me for the past couple years.
Shannon was ok. However I was much more sore that evening and my lower back hurt today.
I have spent two years dealing with arthritis, knee replacement and a torn tendon. After successful medical procedures, I am now getting my mobility back and the StretchLab of Charlottesville is a great support. My sessions with Kareem have delivered really good results. I plan to continue my sessions!
Learnt why my certain parts of my body are tight and was referred to other remedies to assist as well.
