Great place to have someone help you do comprehensive stretching to keep your body limber and flexible.
They don’t you but this location requires you to purchase 16$ grip socks for “safety” money grab for sure. I’ve been to many stretch labs and stretch zones…. None made this ridiculous claim. Could even give my money back until management was there another day. Don’t go, gouging is a business killer
The experience was great and felt great. I was not aggressively marketed to, but in my humble opinion, the prices are too high for the service you get. Not good value for money. You decide!
I have mixed feelings about Stretch Lab Charlottesville. I had a great stretch with Becca and thought she was attentive. I felt relaxed and refreshed after focusing on my problem areas with her (calves, shoulders, neck.) I don’t doubt that it would feel good to be stretched again. However, this business is VERY pushy in selling memberships, so much so that it turns me off.
