I LOVE StretchLab! The Albany shop has the greatest Flexologists known to man or woman!! Ina, Marie, Lucia & Danny have all helped me so much! I initially went in after Kaiser had diagnosed me with IT Band inflammation - Kaiser's solution? Phone session with a Physical Therapist & then sent some videos to watch & follow!! That was IT! Bad management but good stretches. I subscribed for a year, which means 4 separate 50-minute stretches per month. I couldn't always find appointments and so they remained unused and they do NOT roll over. Finally, I canceled my subscription on November 4, 2024 the day they received my auto-payment for the month, and received this notification: "Thanks you for reaching out to provide your cancellation notice, however, since we do require 31 day written notice for cancellation we will set your membership to cancel on December ... read more
So grateful to have learned about this place and added it to my self-care. between Bodywork, Chiropractic, and this stretching, I feel very well taken care of. i’ve worked with Tyson and Lucia and I’m very pleased with their level of knowledge and care.
