Definitely enjoyed the stretch and flexibility class with Nadia! Looking forward to the Basic Acrobatics for Adults. It’s a great workout to build strength, flexibility, and confidence with how you move your body.

Sitting in my bathtub as I write this!! I’m discovering new muscles lol I loved the class and Nadia is a great instructor! I didn’t think I needed this but now I can’t wait to go back. I can already feel how beneficial this will be for weight lifting. I have a hard time activating my glutes due to previous injuries and yesterday I felt my glutes and core. I’ll be back for sure!
Really great class. She breaks down every movement to a basic understanding. If you are looking to get into adult gymnastics, this is the lady for the job.
