The team that came to help my Dad was amazing. They were caring and compassionate and very careful moving my dad during the transfer. They took their time, explained everything and ensured he and the family were comfortable. Throughout the ride, they communicated well with my mom, took care to avoid bumps and checked in often. Thank you for everything!

TERRIBLE!!! I’m absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this company. I’ve been waiting over 5 hours for a transport and they’ve been giving us the run around. Finally I called around 7:15 PM and the call was picked up by Jasmine. When I asked her for the ETA, she advised me that it would be 20 min. So I waited but still no one showed up to the hospital to assist with the transport for my family member. From the get-go, Jasmine was VERY rude and SO arrogant.
