The Stretching Zone is a great place to get help. I was unable to bend over at all. The pain was unbearable. After my first session I was able to bend over without pain for the first time in a very long time. After every session I get a better range of motion. If you have any pain upon doing everyday activities or you are limited as to what you think you can do you need Stretch Zone.
Getting stretched is so beneficial because it moves my body in ways that I can’t do myself. Afterwards, I feel limber and relaxed. Stretching also gives me more energy to focus on chores around the house. Recently, I’ve seen Jasmine several times and also Angie. Both are great practitioners! If new to the process or if you have other physical issues, I recommend taking the stretch lightly and go to a 3, maybe a 5, but not a 7, which is the max.
