It feels great and my practitioners were well trained. Helped me get to know all the sore spots and I could give feedback to my chiropractor, or just myself. Helps in recovery of strains, tight areas.
So so far I have booked five sessions I came in to stretch zone unable to put on my shoes I was not able to bend my right leg after five sessions I'm able to slip on my shoes and bend my right leg that has not been able to bend in four and a half years for anyone that is looking for a new starting in life it is always important to invest in yourself and I would recommend this for anyone who thinks that they won't be able to get help with chronic pain this is wonderful for if you have sciatica bulging discs and scoliosis I am... read more
If you have scoliosis sciatica bulging disc I would recommend stretch zone to anyone who suffers from chronic pain I came here unable to lift up my leg I suffer from chronic pain and I no longer really can feel the chronic pain that I do have so my advice would be to anyone try it out see for yourself but if I can give them 10 Stars I would staff are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stretch zone has been a life changer for me. It has really helped me with my mobility. Staff at Lincoln Center location are very friendly. I truly enjoy my sessions!
