Stretch zone - a unique way of doing stretches. They do the stretches for you.. it's like an expert who understands your body, muscles and stretch points. With their guided stretches there is a lot of improvement with my mobility.. collins is a great guy and the way he handles is superb.. great place.
In your first session you are shocked to find how out of shape you are. By the third you see light at the end of the tunnel. I signed on to prepare myself for a full knee replacement. Their great trainers get you into the right zone.
Great place always accommodating and flexible schedule helps me with my tight neck and back!!
