I came to Stretch Zone expecting a professional and relaxing experience, but I was really disappointed. Some of the staff lacked basic professionalism. As I went to use the restroom, I’ve seen staff members sleeping while customers are there which is completely unprofessional. The only person I genuinely enjoyed getting stretched by was Nector — he was kind, attentive, and made the experience comfortable every time.
Constantly called and texted me about the free stretch, finally made an appointment for 9am, says to get there 15-20 early, they open at 8, I’m there 8:40 and there’s no lights or people and a lock box on the door, didn’t care enough to call or wait around. Waste of my time
Nector has a very therapeutic touch and personality, if that makes sense. I always feel relaxed after a session; his knowledge and finesse are spot on!
