I recently had a pretty major back surgery, (April 2025.) While performing PT post-operatively, and in a different office, I learned of the Stretch Zone and it's capabilities from a friend; who has also joined their facility. I contacted them and set up my initial appointment to see first hand what they had to offer. I met with Ashley and was impressed immediately. I went for my first stretch, and it was amazing how I felt afterward. I do have some limitations, but Ashley worked with me to make sure nothing was too much.
Perfect addition to the gym to stretch those sore muscles and keep at it 💪 Friendly, knowledgeable staff!
The staff at Lakewood Ranch North is amazing. They are very professional and greet you by name every time you walk in. Kiersten is very thorough with your stretches and is very in tune with how your body is. I look forward to each session, coming out feeling better than when I go in. It has made a tremendous difference in my ability to coach and keep up with middle and high school age girls in volleyball each week.
Stretch Zone has been an excellent experience for me ... with each session the aches and pains that i had grown accustomed to are diminished and in some cases gone. I highly recommend
