All the staff at Stretch Zone are excellent but I think that Lindsey G is my favorite. She keeps you informed all through as to what parts she is stretching. My sciatica has improved immensely since beginning to work with her. Update: Still working with Lindsey. I don't have to go as much as I am much improved thanks to her. She's pretty awesome. Had a session with Nathan E (Nate) . I arrived and was greeted in a friendly way- got in right on time for my appt (no waiting). Nate explained thoroughly what we would be doing and how it may effect me, asked me appropriate questions about my health and lifestyle and was super knowledgeable about physiology- The actual stretch process was really excellent- Beyond just stretching out some really tight joints and giving me some pain relief there was also an unexpected endorphin release that was very relaxing. I visit Stretch Zone usually every 10-14 days... Lindsey is extremely good at what she does, pays close attention to my aging limbs and back - listens to me if I have concerns over anything and I always feel great when I leave. Highly recommend this place .
This is my first month at Stretch Zone and I love it. I feel so much better, actually better every time I go.
I always look forward to going to my appointment with Nathan E. He is very pleasant, easy going and knowledgeable. He knows what he's doing. I always leave feeling so relieved and relaxed. I love this place.
