Analisa is an amazing professional! My back has been much better since I started using Stretch Zone. I’m a big fan and advocate. As an avid. skier, golfer and fitness enthusiast this is a must part of my self care. I highly recommend it.
I have found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. They explain their process and goals of stretching. No discomfort. Impressed of how good my muscles feel after. I notice more improvement after each session I attend. Very smart choice for me .Certainly plan to continue.

Good stretching! AnaLisa is awesome! Very good at her job. Holds the stretches for the appropriate amount of time. She shows she cares about the work she is doing and wants to help people. The place is clean!!! A good atmosphere.
