I have nothing negative to say about the staff, very friendly polite and knowledgeable, my low review is in regards to the membership. I had life changes and need to cancel the membership. I have tried to do this going on 2 months, I am unable to pick up calls when called in regards to this, email communication is poor, and when promised to receive a cancelation link nothing was sent. At this point I can easily say I regret signing a membership and should have just paid per session
Cole is the best, so professional, personable and attentive to each muscle stretch. He is amazing patient and thorough. You won’t get better results with anyone else!
Professional staff and a clean environment. The stretches are used to help you with your specific goals. Pain relief, mobility, or range of motion are all possible.
The good: Staff is friendly and professional during stretching. The bad: Customer service isn't good! Its hard to get someone on the phone when you have a question or issue. I suspect the front desk person works part time (at the time of this writing) which leads to a poor customer experience.
Celeste did a really good job with paying attention to which parts of my body needed stretched. She even gave me suggestions on things I should do at home
