Celeste is the absolute best!
You dont really realize just how tight your body is until you've had assisted stretching. The simple motion of walking felt lighter afterwards.
My first session was fantastic. Limited mobility in both knees makes it difficult to really stretch my legs -- especially my quads. Within the first 15 minutes muscles that haven't been stretched in the last 30 years were being targeted. I'm excited to my progress over the next several weeks.
I feel looser, have greater range of motion and generally feel more energetic after my stretches with Xavier!
