I’ve been going to Stretch Zone Murfreesboro regularly, and I can’t say enough good things—especially about Eric, who works with me each session. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and has a real gift for knowing how to push the body to its limit without ever risking injury. One of the most poorly run businesses and business practices around. The therapists are great (nothing negative about them) but the company does nothing to put their clients first. They make you commit to the next month the day you sign up, so if you don’t like it or if it’s not a good fit, you’re committed to two months. Since coming to the Stretch Zone I have had more flexibility and less pain in my lower back.
Staff here is wonderful, especially Cole. My son has been coming here for over 2 yrs, he's a runner and soccer player. The stretches have really helped prevent injuries from tight muscles and has improved his mobility. Highly recommend!!!
