It was great stretching to loosen up my legs, hips, and back. Everyone who stretched me was very pleasant.
I have suffered from right hip SI joint pain for a few years. Going to the gym, getting massages, ice therapy and moist heat only give temporary relief. The passive stretching done at Stretch Zone has completely alleviated that right SI joint pain, after only 5 visits. I highly recommend you give them a try!

My daughter in law went to Stretch Zone. They hurt her hip. Please beware as she mentioned her specialist seemed untrained. Again, FB post says you have a Physical Therapist on staff. A Physical Therapy student is not a licensed professional or Physical Therapist. Advertising as such is fraud. As well, as breaking HIPPA by confirming/discussing patient names on your posts. I did about 15 s sessions with you guys. Everything great except it’s obvious you have a generic form of stretching that you were all taught. But you have to take age into consideration. I’m 70 years old one of you stretched me like I was 18. I can’t prove you did anything wrong so I won’t try. But I’ve had knee problems since I saw you guys. Be careful
