Excellent place that is really helped me have better overall health with consistent stretching. Scott has done a great job along with Jamal and Shane. All three of them are Great people and great at stretching. You should definitely check them out for the free consultation and first stretch you will see A major difference.
I had an incredible stretch! I have never really done anything like this but it was incredible. I have a fusion in my neck and a herniated disc in my back for 3 almost 4 years now. (While I am tender the next day) This stretch was AMAZING I will definitely be back!
