While I was quite satisfied with the stretch services I received from Kianna and Scott, I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service/cancellation process. They have a so-called "policy" of requiring a 30 day advance notice of cancellation. Well, I followed that deceptive requirement by cancelling February 8 BUT they still charged me for an ADDITIONAL month on March 8--Exactly one month later!
