I had an incredible stretch! I have never really done anything like this but it was incredible. I have a fusion in my neck and a herniated disc in my back for 3 almost 4 years now. (While I am tender the next day) This stretch was AMAZING I will definitely be back!

I went in once to try a free stretch to see if it really made a difference. Wow, was I impressed! I ended up purchasing a gift card offer for multiple sessions and look forward to it every time. My trainer Shane does a great job and is very personable. Both he and Jess are great about texting me to remind me of my next appointment so I don't get busy and fail to make use of my stretches.
I always have a great experience at Stretch Zone. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and make me feel comfortable. Every Stretch makes me feel looser, relaxed, and noticeably less tense than when I arrive. I have thoroughly enjoyed over 200 stretches. The space is clean, calm, and professional, which made the whole session even better. If you’re looking to improve flexibility or just feel better in your body, Stretch Zone is absolutely worth checking out.😊
