I’ve been going here for several months now Usually every other week for a complete one hour session. When there was a disagreement on a recent billing I was ready to cancel my subscription. Larry took the time to review my concerns and made things right again. It’s the simple things of great customer service that’s keeping me coming back for more stretching!! It really does your body good. I proudly drive over from Wittenberg one hour away.
There’s just no way I could stretch myself the way I get stretched at the studio. Feeling relief is always a common theme after a :30 session.
Tony Salerno is very knowledgeable about the body, muscles and good health choices. He is a good listener, ensuring you get the most effective stretches specific for your need. He starts on time and works you strong right up until your last minutes, making sure you get your money's worth. Definitely feeling some good results!
Tony was outstanding. All the employees do a great job but after having Tony today it was need more of a reminder to let everyone know about my experience there. Highly recommend
Excellent experience with very knowledgeable staff. They have a good system that adapts to people of a wide range of fitness levels and I think this is an excellent addition to my routine that has been very helpful with my range of motion for CrossFit and everyday movement as well!
