Stretch Zone is the best place for good maintenance of my flexibility and general well being for a great price! Weston works with whatever part is your tricky area and adjusts to work any area bothering you on a given visit. I am much more relaxed, limber, and this reduces my pain and inflammation from my varied workout routine. I make Stretch Zone a weekly/bi-weekly habit. Highly recommend!
