I had one session with Jonathan on the Sunday after Christmas as I just got back from a Christmas trip and I needed a stretch before I went to work at the airport, even though this location isn't my home location. He was great!
Jonathan and Skyler are both super competent and if you know the Stretch Zone method to stretching, you know it's good. If you don't , you should just try it to see if it's what you need.
Stretch Zone is a wonderful, therapeutic environment where truly educated and qualified pros provide the stretch therapy. I have improved mobility and reduced tension .. everyone there is top notch professional and so courteous and great at what they do!
Nick did a great job, very professional and helped my muscles feel less tight and more relaxed. Highly recommend him!
My stretch coach Jonathan is off the chain you definitely got to get with him if you want to get stretched real good
