Went for the first time is free offer in the Palm Desert Stretch zone and had an amazing experience with an assisted stretch with the stretch specialist. The half hour lower body session loosens up my hips, hamstrings, calves and groin. Felt much better, more flexible and legs felt rejuvenated!
