I have had such a wonderful experience with this team in Palm Desert, CA!! Kate, store manager, was very thorough with asking me questions about my past injuries, concerns about my health, and what my goals are. She then did my initial assessment, which afterwards I felt three inches taller!! I am a hard core golfer and pickle baller. These activities involve a lot of repetitive movement and after years the left side of my body was so tight I could barely bend over to take ball out of the cup. I couldn’t put my left ankle on my right knee, and I did stretching on my own. Having these therapists stretch has helped so much. I can now cross my left leg across my right knee. Looking forward to more distance on the course!
Noland is the BEST. I encourage everyone to try these stretch sessions.
