Great session with Leonel. The stretch was excellent and thorough. I would highly recommend the Stretch Zone as all staff have been personable and professional.
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this location. I was injured during my first assisted stretching session. The following morning, I experienced significant groin and pelvic pain that was later confirmed with imaging as a pelvic fracture along with a left adductor strain, both requiring medical treatment. I have since been advised by my physician to discontinue assisted stretching entirely. I had a wonderful experience at Stretch Zone in Palm Desert! Nolan was super helpful and taught me some fantastic stretches that made a big difference. During my session, I felt my body loosen up significantly, which was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend checking out Stretch Zone if you're looking to improve your flexibility and well-being. Overall, it’s a place I’ll be visiting
