Similar experience to the person who posted a week ago: came early, door locked, no phone or email responses. I checked everywhere numerous times, and only gave me the west towne address. If the location changed it’s very unclear
A little disappointed with my experience. I had scheduled one of their complimentary sessions, which I was genuinely looking forward to. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the door was locked and they were unreachable by phone. Every call went straight to voicemail. Coming all the way from the far east side, this ended up being a frustrating waste of time. I understand things happen, but better communication would have been appreciated.
Have been going for several months now and have loved the experience!! All three of the associates have given me great service and I always leave feeling better!
Rachel was such a professional and kind, helped me prep for some big runs and recovery. Highly recommend.
