Google thinks this place is still open and at the same address. Filled out the form and called the number but got no response. Even showed up to the address only to find that the place has been gutted. The owner responded another Google review indicating they are transitioning to another space but no indication anywhere where the new space is at. Very frustrating.
**7/15/26 - Since my last positive review the location closed without warning or communication** Monthly membership fees were continuing to be charged. No return calls or emails from Corporate contacts. Finally had to block the membership fee with my CC and the company had the audacity to dispute it because they claim I didn't submit a formal cancelation with the Madison Location. Similar experience to the person who posted a week ago: came early, door locked, no phone or email responses. I checked everywhere numerous times, and only gave me the west towne address. If the location changed it’s very unclear
A little disappointed with my experience. I had scheduled one of their complimentary sessions, which I was genuinely looking forward to. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the door was locked and they were unreachable by phone. Every call went straight to voicemail. Coming all the way from the far east side, this ended up being a frustrating waste of time. I understand things happen, but better communication would have been appreciated.
