Excellent therapy, much better and complete that a massage or a Chiropractor session after this therapy you feel great for days.

Love all the people there, and this is a great way to do stretches without you having to do the work! I feel great afterwards, and it's great self help care! Having fibromyalgia, I have a difficult time even getting motivated.
