Fantastic place! I highly recommend them!
I showed up 20 mins early like they said and they didn’t open at all. I waited and waited. Not impressive!! Lost my motivation. Sighs!
After my second session I really felt the benefits. I felt loose and energized enough for a long walk immediately afterwards.
I originally left a 1 star review because of issues with scheduling. However, I was contacted personally by the owner who wanted to make things right. I saw Rebecca an my stretch therapist. She was amazing. I have lower back pain and the stretch helped quite a bit. Thank you to Rebecca and also to the owner for caring!
Highly recommend when you want to cancel your membership that you call/email daily until they respond to you. You have to fill out an electronic survey to cancel your membership, and in my case they took almost 3 weeks to get back to me and send me the link. Definitely never coming back!
